Koala and Grizzly resorts give vacation a new shape

Located in the beautiful Kauai, Hawaii, is the construction site of the oceanfront residential property. This one will have swimming pools, and spa in it. It does come with a hefty price tag though. You can buy an ocean front property from $900,000 to $3 million.
The plan is to build about 323 condominiums in 19 four story buildings. Upon completion of the first phase, about 85 residential units will open up. I think this is going to be your ultimate beach vacation home. After a busy week in New York or LA, you now have something to look forward to: the vacation home on the Hawaii beach.
The two to four bedroom and 1000 to 2,800 square foot property will all have lanais. There is even an 18 hole public golf course for those who are keen on golf. Aptly christened as Koloa landing, these beach homes is a great way to spend your vacation.
The Grizzly Ranch is a different aspect of this project. In Portola, California this will be one of the best mountain resorts. Developed by Lowe Destination development, the mountain resort is located in a great place.
As the developers say, getting to the resort is half of the fun. The resort is only 4 hours away from the Bay area. It is just 45 minutes north of Truckee and Lake Tahoe. It is easier to get in from Reno. The mountain resort even has a trout stocked pond! What else do you need? If I had a billion or so, I would invest my money in these homes.
