Financial woes compel cities to shelve free Wi-Fi plans

If you are a gadget-laden and anticipating free Wi-Fi service in your city soon, then I have sad news for you guys. City-wide, free Wi-Fi plans are being ditched as it is running up against financial reality. Many cities like Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, Springfield Ill, Cincinnati and St. Louis have shelved the proposed Wi-Fi networks.
Too much complications and financial woes have dramatically enforced these cities to delay or abandon free Wi-Fi service plans. We have no other option than to wait till these cities come up with some solution to provide free Wi-Fi service.
